For speaking assessments, we will send a confirmation email within the next 24 hours. On the scheduled time of your assessment, please be online on Skype at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time and have a piece of paper and a pen/pencil ready for taking notes.

For writing assessments – we aim to get all written work returned within 48 hours.
