User access is for 1 user only – access details must not be shared between users. Sharing logins will result in yout account automatically locking.
The course must not be copied or reproduced in any way unless permission is given in writing.
Any user who identifies an error on the course and reports it will be given a 2 day extension to their course.
Additional services (writing and speaking assessment) are not extended with any course extension.
Speaking assessments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Speaking assessments are available from 8am to 8pm New Zealand time 7 days a week.
Failure to be online at the time arranged for a booked speaking assessment will result in rescheduling on the first occasion, and on the second occasion the assessment will be removed from your account.
